To make changes to your gallery (add/delete images or change the appearance) you will need to go to the administration page for your site.
You will find this at yourgalleryname.newbabyphotos.co.uk/galleryadmin.php
remember to replace 'yourgalleryname' with the name of your gallery.
You will now be asked for your user name and password (unless you've recently accessed your gallery on that particular computer and not logged out)
After entering your credentials, you will be taken to the main administration page for your gallery.

From the main page, you can make changes to the title and description for your gallery - remember to click update when you've made any changes. You can also customise the appearance of your gallery by selecting different colour and border options

A private gallery requires a user name and password to access it, to set these, go to the main administration page, fill in the username and password boxes and tick the box marked 'Private Gallery?' - remember to click update when you've made any changes.

To make your gallery free for anyone to view, simply untick the 'Private Gallery?' box

To add photos to your gallery, go to the main settings page and click on the button marked 'manage images'. For a newbabyphotos.co.uk gallery, you are allowed either 5 or 50 depending on your package. Use the browse box at the bottom of the screen to locate the images on your computer, then click add image to transfer to your gallery.

Depending on the size of the image and your internet connection, transfering images may take some time. For a newbabyphotos.co.uk gallery, ensuring your photos are no larger than 640x640 pixels will help to speed things up. (our servers will resize your images if they are any larger)

To add or change the titles and descriptions for your images, go to the 'manage images' page and click on the image you want to update, make any changes you want in the boxes provided and then click update.

Whenever you have finished making changes to your gallery, please click on the 'log out' button in the top right hand corner of the screen. This is particularly important if you are using a shared computer - in a library for instance.

Clicking this button will ensure that the next user would have to know the user name and password to access your gallery settings.
